Order Shipping
The price you see listed is the price you pay (plus tax where applicable*). In most cases there is no additional shipping charge. "No extra charge for shipping" or "Free shipping" applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be extra. The free shipping offer applies to UPS, USPS and FedEx standard shipping only. For expedited shipping please contact Customer Service or make a note in the Shipping Instructions section of the shopping cart.
We've made an effort to include shipping times in the description of every product. Some products will take longer to ship from the manufacturer because they are made when they are ordered. In some cases items will be back ordered and will take longer than expected. When items are backordered we will contact you to let you know the time frame for delivery. In such cases you can check the status of your order by contacting Customer Service and supplying your name and order number.
If an item is damaged during shipping please contact Customer Service for help.
*If you live in Virginia you will also have to pay 5% state tax. No other taxes will be applied to your order.
Merchandise Returns
At Casual Deck and Patio we hope we've done a good job describing our products. We understand that in some cases you don't get exactly what you expect or for some reason you'll need to return merchandise.
To help avoid these situations we hope that you'll contact Customer Service with any questions you might have before you place an order. If we don't have the answer we'll promptly contact the manufacturer to get you the answer.
When you do need to return merchandise you should return it directly to the manufacturer or distributor from which it came. In most instances there will be a restocking fee of up to 25% on returned items. Casual Deck and Patio is not responsible for return shipping costs and is not responsible for any shipping damage.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Clearance items may not be returned. Returned items must be packed in the original containers with all of the packing materials. The item must be unused and suitable for re-sale. Products which are made to order may not be returned, nor will you be allowed to cancel your order. Because these items are made to your specifications and are unique, they cannot be returned to stock or resold. The only exception to this policy is if the product does not materially conform to the description advertised on this web site.
To return an item call the manufacturer or distributor from which it came and ask for a Return Authorization. Give them the reason for the return. They will either give you an Return Authorization number which will need to be included on the return packaging or they will send a return label which needs to be placed on the return packaging. Follow closely any other return procedures you're given so your return can be processed in a timely manner.
